Service provider of the Norwegian Church's membership register

The Norwegian Church shall enter into a new service agreement for the Church's membership register. The membership register is one of the digital systems in the Norwegian Church (Norwegian: DNK). DNK wants to enter into an agreement with a provider for moving the membership register from the current infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, as well as further operation of the membership register.
