The Counties (except for Oslo municipality) are inviting tenderers to an open tender contest, where the objective is entering into an agreement with a Supplier for the delivery of positioning and navigation applications for mobile phones and tablets, based on NVDB road references. The software should provide the latest NVDB road reference information for the device's position, specify road reference and street name on images, and navigate to a specific position from the specified NVDB road reference. The system shall include operation, maintenance, user support, error correction, follow-up and introduction of a system for use in the Norwegian market.
