The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with three (3) tenderers for the following profiles: students and support profiles such as administrative employees, warehouse workers and store employees, among others, who will competently meet the needs for temporary staff of the National Lottery as collaboration partners for services in the Flemish Region, Walloon and Brussels-Capital.

The contract therefore concerns the flexible provision of temporary temporary temporary workers whenever the National Lottery wishes to use them to meet its staffing needs, mainly to fill absences of staff members due to illness, holidays or time credit, for example, and to assist permanent employees during busy periods and exceptional Sunday openings organised by the National Lottery and its subsidiaries.

The contract will be awarded to three (3) bidders (temporary employment agencies).

The successful bidder will ensure the recruitment and selection of temporary workers as well as the complete administrative follow-up.
