The contracting entity shall request your offer under the Security Technology Framework Arrangement 2021-2025 in accordance with this call for tender and its Annexes.

Acquisitions related to the Espoo Parish Group's security technology, equipment and systems are subject to the acquisition. The object of the acquisition covers crime reporting systems, camera surveillance systems, access control systems and related working time monitoring systems.

The acquisition includes maintenance, maintenance, maintenance and upgrade, modification and expansion work related to safety technology, equipment and systems, and products and services related to the acquisition of new systems.

Up to five (5) suppliers are selected for the Framework Arrangement. The duration of the contract period is 48 months from the date of entry into force of the contract. For a more detailed description, see the description of the Acquisition item in the Annex to this RFQ. The items affected by the acquisition at the beginning of the contract period are listed in the Annex Espoo Parish Group target list. The Framework Arrangement is described in the Annex.
