Description:
Reception and management of waste 19 05 99/2021

The Contracting Authority shall, and the Contractor shall accept a waste collection and management service with code 19 05 99 (other unlisted waste — stabilizate) for the performance. This waste is produced by mechanical-biological processing of mixed unsegregated municipal waste at the site of MBP installations managed by “Eko-Region” Sp. z o.o., i.e.: in Z/I in Dylowie A gm. Pajęczno and Z/I in Julków gm. Skierniewice.

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. The Contracting Authority shall, and the Contractor shall accept a waste collection and management service with code 19 05 99 (other unmentioned waste — stabilizate). This waste is produced by mechanical-biological processing of mixed unsegregated municipal waste at the site of MBP installations managed by “Eko-Region” Sp. z o.o., i.e.: in Z/I in Dylowie A gm. Pajęczno and Z/I in Julków gm. Skierniewice.

2. Waste subject to this Agreement will be collected and subsequently developed on the premises of establishments designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable laws and processes specified in Annex 2 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.

3. The subject matter of the contract assumes the estimated quantities of waste for receipt and use from installations managed by the Contracting Authority:

task 1 — Dylów A, gm. Spajęczno 6 000 Mg/6 mies.

4. Due to the difficult quantity of waste to be collected, the estimated quantity referred to in paragraph 3 of this paragraph may change. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 50%. The reduction in the amount of waste in this respect will not make any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, in particular the payment of remuneration for the unrealized part of the contract and the payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. No annex is required in the present situation. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor a minimum of 50% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection during the duration of the contract.

5. The Contractor shall ensure supervision of loading activities and shall ensure that the cargo is adequately secured during transport. Along with the driver signing the weight quota (without comments), confirmation of the correct loading occurs. The Contractor undertakes to transport the waste to the destination without causing a road safety hazard or exceeding the permissible weight of vehicles.

6. Scales installed in establishments/installations managed by the Contracting Authority shall have an up-to-date certificate of legalization.

7. Receipt of waste will be carried out on the basis of the arrangements of the Contractor and the Contractor. The Contracting Authority shall authorise the implementation of submissions by e-mail, fax or telephone. The collection shall include information on the intended installation to which the waste is entered, specify the place of business (MPD), the name, the BDO No and the transporter's data, the date of receipt, the vehicle registration number and the name of the driver or, possibly, other data, necessary for the proper maintenance of waste records, including the issuance and confirmation of waste transfer cards in the BDO system.
