The provision of services in the field of transport of travellers by replacement bus communication, launched for non-operating trains on the section Zielona Góra Główna - Zbąszynek - Zielona Góra Główna, in connection with the extension of the planned closure of the track by the railway infrastructure manager - PKP Polskie Railway Lines S.A. and the introduction of the total interruption of train traffic, within the time limit from the beginning of the 2021/2022 train timetable, i.e. from 12 December 2021 to 12 March 2022, with the possibility of extending the deadline to 27 August 2022.

The subject of the order shall be carried out by vehicles with a minimum capacity of 60 seats, including 55 seats, having current OC and NW insurance for the driver and passenger, as well as efficient air conditioning and heating, with a production year not older than 2012. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the contracted services in accordance with the timetable provided by the Contracting Authority which is annexed to the contract documentation, with the aid of vehicles in a quantity (capacity) adjusted to the estimated attendance contained in the timetable.
