Project management contract for the realization of a real estate complex composed of two real estate programs: a student residence and a service residence “La maison des” as well as their common areas in Caen.

The share of the project owner's forecast envelope allocated to the work is fixed at 9,400,000.00 euros HT:

4,300,000.00 euros HT for the part under project management SPL EPOPEA - Researchers' residence

5,100,000.00 euros HT for the part under project management LA CAENNAISE - Student residence

The contract holder must carry out the following basic missions: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and the following complementary missions: OPC, SSI, BIM, THERM, Acous, MAQ, AXO.
