As part of the subject of the contract (conducting the Winter Action), the concepts of active winter road maintenance, active winter maintenance of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths, conducting the "black ice" action and passive winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths are used.
Active action is understood as performing activities related to maintaining passability by removing snow and combating slippery slopes in accordance with the detailed technical specification of proper performance and acceptance of works - winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths and a list of winter maintenance standards for provincial roads as well as sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths (Appendices No. 2, 3, 4 to the Agreement).
