SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY IN 2023 AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMERCIAL BALANCING OF ENERGY GENERATED IN THREE PHOTOVOLTAIC MICROINSTALLATIONS (38.75 kW EACH) FOR THE NEEDS OF SWIMMING POOLS OPERATED BY KATOWICKIE WODOCIĄGI S.A.

1. The subject of the contract will be implemented on three objects:

A. Burowiec Pool - Multifunctional property with swimming pool at 2 Horse Street

in Katowice, a sports pool and a recreation pool.

B. Brynów Swimming Pool - Multifunctional property with swimming in Kościuszki Street 104

in Katowice, a sports pool and a recreation pool.

C. Basen Zadole - Multifunctional facility with a swimming pool at Wczasowa Street in Katowice.

2. Total estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period 3 300 MWh
