Bodø Municipality, as the host municipality of Coordinated Procurements in Nordland (SIIN), intends to enter into a framework agreement for annual inspections of sprinkler installations for the following municipalities: Bodø, Sørfold, Fauske, Saltdal, Øksnes, Alstahaug, Nesna, Rana and Dønna.

The framework agreement period is 2 years from contract signing. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to two years (1 year + 1 year).

Questions will not be answered in the period 19 July 2021 — 13 August 2021.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for annual inspections of sprinkler installations for commercial properties and residences.

The inspection report must state whether the system is in accordance with the standard for maintenance, operation, and performance, in relation to the actual risk. A deviation report must be written.

The inspection must be provided once a year. The inspection must be provided by a competent company.

The contracting authority has sprinkler installations from different suppliers for the current properties cf. Annex 3 'Property Overview With Prices'.

The annual inspection must be provided by trained and certified personnel for inspections at the respective facilities.

The date and time for the periodical inspections shall be planned and agreed upon prior to the execution.
