This contract concerns the carrying out of a study on the functional, budgetary, technical and security description of the development of an Internet voting system as well as its maintenance and control during elections organised in Belgium (i.e. for European, federal – including the vote of Belgians abroad – and regional elections).

The procedure chosen is the open procedure.

It is a joint services contract, organised on behalf of the FPS Interior (DG Identity and Citizen Affairs) and the FPS Foreign Affairs (DG Consular Affairs).

This market consists of only one lot.
