The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude a single agreement with one contractor concerning the management work at the reception location for refugees at Emmastraat 126A, 5912CT in Venlo.
It concerns the following management activities:

Property management Emmastraat 126AAs far as the municipality can now oversee, this concerns the duration until approximately the end of 2025 for the reception location on the Emmastraat in Venlo. In view of various uncertain factors, it is not possible to announce a definitive end date of the assignment in advance. A lot depends on various and uncertain factors and the total implementation process, which is partly why it was decided to always provide partial assignments per location with a notice period of 3 months.
