1) The subject of the contract are successive supplies of natural gas and distribution for the needs of State Administration Units, specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2) The commencement of natural gas supplies referred to in paragraph 1 shall take place not earlier than after the effective termination of the currently existing comprehensive contracts for the sale of gaseous fuel
with current sellers.
3) Gas supply will take place on the basis of agreements containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code and executive acts to the above-mentioned acts.
4) Gas supplies will take place to gas consumption points ("PPG"), used to connect internal networks owned by State Administration Units with the gas network of the system operator.

4) Gas supplies will take place to gas consumption points ("PPG"), used to connect internal networks owned by State Administration Units with the gas network of the system operator.
5) A detailed list of gas consumption points, tariff groups, contractual capacities and the planned amount of gas fuel consumption are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which is also the Price Form.
6) The indicated values in the list referred to in paragraph 5 have been used to calculate the estimated value of the contract and are only indicative, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of gaseous fuel during the term of the contract and does not constitute an obligation of the Units to purchase natural gas in the given amount. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the anticipated amount of gas by the Ordering Party.
7) The detailed manner of contract performance is specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ constituting the Draft provisions of the contract.
8) Units will have the right to notify a new gas consumption point, while the price rates offered by the Contractor in the offer also apply to new gas consumption points.
9) The Ordering Party informs that the Entities will have the right to resign:
a) from the gas intake point ("PPG") due to, for example, a change in the location (address) of the Unit or its organizational unit and thus the gas consumption point;
(b) from a gas consumption point ('PPG') due to the decommissioning of the gas boiler and connection to the district heating network.
