Contracting entities need the acquisition of low-voltage 1 kV cables for the entire supply area.

Norlys Holding A/S is offering the agreement on behalf of:

- Norlys Holding A/S, Tietgensvej 4, 8600 Silkeborg, CVR No 25 48 21 90

- N1 A/S, Edison Park 1, 6715 Esbjerg N., CVR No 25 15 41 50

- N1 Randers A/S, Edison Park 1, 6715 Esbjerg N., CVR No 29 31 24 35

The above companies are also Part on the Framework Agreement. The three contracting entities may each draw on the Framework Agreement as required. Norlys Holding A/S is the person for the organisation and implementation of the tender, but the Framework Agreement is concluded by all Parties. From the start of the agreement, it will be primarily Norlys Holding A/S and N1 A/S drawing on the deal. N1 Randers A/S's move on the deal will represent a smaller part of the overall need. Due to planned system and organizational changes during the agreement period, it is expected that in the term it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S that will make moves on the agreement on behalf of all Parties.

Contracting entities want the delivery of low-voltage cables 1 kV to the entire supply area. The agreement is concluded as a framework agreement with one supplier.

Requirements for the cable types are described in more detail in Appendix B, requirement specification.

A total volume for 2022 is estimated at: approximately 348,000 metres

Distribution of types and size of the above consumption is set out in Annex C, Offer List. The estimate is Contracting's best bid based on historical consumption as well as expected increased activity. The estimate is not binding on Contracting entities.

It is also estimated that consumption for 2023 and 2024, as well as option periods, increase by 15 -20% per year.

It is estimated with a total contract sum for the entire contract period, including an option of approximately DKK 120 million.
