The Authority is seeking to meet its obligations under the European Union Procurement Regulations and is seeking to establish a series of single works framework agreements (Framework Agreement for Consultants 2016), that aid the quick and efficient appointment, under a strategic partnering framework, of suitably experienced and qualified consultants on a variety of different mixed-use housing developments. The Framework will include the design of new-build developments or improvements and refurbishment works to existing.
