The subject of the contract is the supply of neonatal equipment has been divided into 3 packages:
1) Package No. 1 - Lamp for cot and incubator phototherapy
2) package no. 2 - a heated cot, the so-called warm socket
3) Package No. 3 - Universal Newborn Hospital Transport Kit
The subject of the contract is co-financed under the health policy program entitled "Government program for comprehensive reproductive health care in Poland for the years 2021-2023 in the scope of the task related to the establishment of Procreative Health Centers" on the basis of the Agreement No.: 17/5/2023/260/1172 concluded on: 29.09.2023
Pursuant to Article 138(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority has set a shortened deadline of 15 days for submission of tenders. This is due to the need to submit a settlement constituting the basis for the transfer of public funds in the first half of December 2023
Therefore, the shortening of the deadline for submission of tenders is objectively justified.
