As part of the collection of bulky waste from private households, the Göttingen waste disposal company (GEB) collects wood from bulky waste (AVV 20 03 07) separately in the press trolley. Furthermore, the waste wood fractions AI - III are also accepted from other areas of origin at the recycling yard and the interim storage facility at the BVA. The mentioned fraction is also recorded in the context of the provision of large containers to private and commercial customers. Freedom from contaminants cannot be guaranteed. All amounts of waste wood are stored separately in the BVA's interim storage facility and must be taken over from there by the contractor. The wood is not crushed. The edge length is limited by the container size. Only the wood from the bulky waste fraction collected in the pressing trolley is slightly compacted by the pressing in the collecting vehicle. The total annual amount in 2020 for category AI - III was around 4,100 mg. With 250 working days, a takeover capacity of an average of around 16.5 mg per working day must be ensured for fraction AI - III.

The waste wood is to be sent to a generally recognized material or energy recovery. The contractor carries out the treatment and utilization of the waste wood fraction in the treatment plant (s) named in the offer.

The services of the contractor also include complete documentation of the amounts of waste wood accepted by the client. The client is to be provided with a monthly report on the amount of waste wood recovered and the whereabouts of the end users.

The documents related to the final utilization must be archived for at least 5 years.

The contractor will be reimbursed for all costs for the provision of containers, transport and recycling of the respective waste wood fraction. For each waste wood fraction according to Lots 1-3, the contractor 2 must provide at least 30 m 3 to provide large, rainproof roll-off containers. The containers are picked up by the contractor using a shake-hand procedure. The transfer of ownership of the waste wood takes place when the contractor's container is loaded.

The offer prices remain valid for the entire term of the contract; Additional claims are expressly excluded.
