The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation seeks the provision of a data backup and recovery managed service. The contract will include:

— the design of an enterprise class data backup and recovery solution,

— the supply of all software, (excluding operating systems)

— the supply of all hardware, (backup servers, storage, tape libraries etc.)

— the installation of all software and hardware,

— ongoing support, maintenance and monitoring of the solution.
