This contract is for the renewal of the insurance portfolio of the "Centr'Habitat" and the "La Louvière-Manage neighborhoods" insurance company in 3 lots:

- lot 1: fire and related hazards - all electronic, computer, photovoltaic and solar risks - comprehensive insurance against theft,

- lot 2: accident at work - third-party liability insurance for directors and agents - third-party liability (damage to third parties and civil and criminal defense) - personal injuries of agents,

- lot 3: vehicles and omnium mission.

Warning: this market is intended only for insurance companies. No broker or brokerage fees will be accepted.

The lot of this contract deals with the services provided for the coverage:

- "Fire and related perils" insurance for all of our assets spread over the Manage, La Louvière and Le Roeulx entities, ie close to 5,500 homes, including the buildings of the CVBA,

- "All electronic risks, IT, photovoltaic and solar panels" insurance with the aim of compensating the insured person in "all risks" for unpredictable and sudden material damage of any origin caused on the one hand by the computer and / or office equipment and on the other hand at our photovoltaic and solar panels installation sites.

The guarantee will therefore be in case of total or partial destruction (fire and water damage included), burglary and any accidental circumstance causing damage to this equipment,

- "Global against theft" insurance by covering the flight during the stay and the transport of valuables as well as against any unfaithfulness, destruction and counterfeit money,

- "Cyber risk" insurance by covering own and third party damages following a "cyber" incident (virus, hacking, data theft and violation of their confidentiality, extortion, phishing, malicious acts "Cyber" ... ) that could lead to data loss, security risk ...

It is:

- "Accident insurance at work": that is, the coverage of all the risks of occurrence of work accidents and accidents on the way to work for all the beneficiaries and all the activities in which they are occupied by the lessee. insurance, in accordance with the law of 10.4.1971 on industrial accidents and the law of 3.7.1967 on the prevention or compensation of damage resulting from industrial accidents, accidents on the way to work and occupational diseases in the public sector.

The guarantee is acquired worldwide, regardless of the means of transport used, provided that at the time of the accident, the Belgian legislation is or remains applicable, in accordance with international conventions,

- "Liability Insurance of Officers and Agents

- third party liability (damage caused to third parties + civil and criminal defense) - bodily injury of the mandataries': namely, the cover intended to guarantee the financial consequences of the direct or indirect civil liability which may be incumbent on the representatives and managers the policyholder following a claim against them in the event of management misconduct committed by them in their capacity as officer or employee of the policyholder and in the exercise of their corporate office. The insurance will also cover all costs (civil and criminal defense costs, coverage of investigation costs, rehabilitation costs.

The purpose of the insurance is to cover the vehicles belonging to the policyholder as well as the personal vehicles of the agents of the policyholder and employed by him and this guarantee applies only to vehicles whose registration has been communicated to the insurance company and is acquired worldwide.
