Cobalt Housing Limited ("Cobalt") are providers of low-cost housing in Merseyside and surrounding areas. Cobalt is acting as the lead contracting authority for the purposes of this procurement. Cobalt is seekeing expressions of interest from qualified and experienced providers who can provide installation of Rain Water Goods, Facias and Sofits across our housing stock in Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerly areas of Liverpool. Works will also include the replacement of cladding to apex roofs and double bays where required. All works will run for a period of five years.
