Framework for the provision of hemostats. Due to the different types of bleeding challenges that a surgeon may face there are a wide range of hemostats available on the market today, each designed in a different way to combat a specific bleeding challenge. The CPC wishes to award a framework which will enable all clinicians to have a choice of the most suitable hemostat for the clinical need to hand.
