New solution.
The newly purchased solution for supporting the work to be carried out within the IKNL trial agency consists of two parts. A project management solution and an eCRF solution. IKNL is looking for existing, web-based solutions for both, which have proven their support for trials. The solutions can be offered in one system, but the purchase of two separate systems is also conceivable, with a link between the systems being an explicit wish. Below is a description of the possibilities of the project management system and the eCRF system. Also included are the roles that are introduced into the systems. In addition, a description has been given of the data landscape within which both the project management system and the eCRF system must function
Lot 1: project managementThe purpose of this tender is to reach an agreement with one contractor per lot for the delivery and implementation of a software system.
Objectives.
The objectives that IKNL wants to achieve with the purchase and implementation of the two software systems are:
1. improved services and operations by:
- efficiently conducting clinical research in one system that properly supports all trial agency processes,
- work efficiently because all data can be kept in one place (or through links) and the ability to generate management overviews with the data.
2. User-friendly system in which IKNL trial agency can collect and store clinical research data safely and reliably;
3. We are looking for a customer-oriented partner (s) focused on proactive cooperation and finding synergy in the further development of the system and our services.
Conditions
The precondition is that the purchase must remain within estimated budget. It is also necessary that information can be transferred from the CRM module of AFAS to the project management system (lot 1) and that information can be transferred from both the project management system (lot 1) and the eCRF system (lot 2) to the invoicing module of AFAS for simple billing.
Lot 2: eCRFThe purpose of this tender is to reach an agreement with one contractor per lot for the delivery and implementation of a software system.
