The procurement includes the delivery of distribution transformers and compensating equipment to be installed at the 2024 construction sites of Savon Voima Verkko Oy (SVV) as a separate public procurement to be carried out in 2024, as well as the delivery of distribution transformers and compensation equipment to be installed at Kuopion Sähköverkko Oy's (KSV) construction sites in 2024. By mutual agreement, it is possible to include the delivery of distribution transformers and compensating equipment to the work sites to be carried out in 2025 under the same conditions as in this procurement.

A framework agreement shall be established for the procurement, for which one (1) Supplier shall be selected. The Subscribers enter into separate framework agreements with the Supplier selected for the framework agreement.

Choosing to enter into a framework agreement does not give the Supplier an exclusive right to supply products and services.

The clients operate in an industry critical to security of supply, where the management of continuity of deliveries and the availability of spare parts are important. The contract period binding on all parties to the framework agreement begins on the date of signing the agreement and ends on 31.12.2024. The decision to exercise the option will be made no later than 30.4.2024.
