The system must be efficient, user-friendly and functional, providing support throughout the recruitment process: preparing advertisements, publishing advertisements in various media, uploading files, receiving applications and CVs, preparing applicant lists, application processing, interviews and reference collection. Furthermore, it must be possible to send offers of employment and refusals. The recruitment tool must have integration with the client's archive system, be able to advertise in digital and social media and other job portals. The tool must be linked to the joint partner ID and the individual client's company profile on finn.no (Schibsted).
