The agreement includes the delivery of a tailor-made management and leadership development program to strengthen the journey of change and the choice Linköping Municipality has begun. Managers in Linköping Municipality have a formal responsibility that includes overall responsibility for operations, finances and personnel. There are also functions/roles that are responsible for parts of the management assignment but not the overall responsibility.

The maximum value of the procurement is SEK 10,000,000 and the estimated value is SEK 7,500,000. The estimated value and the ceiling value refer to the entire contract period. The target group for this programme is partly the functions/roles that are responsible for parts of the management assignment and partly the functions/roles that have a formal responsibility and mandate as managers.
