The contracting authority cannot predict in advance the exact scope of the services. The services will be purchased according to the actual need and individual orders placed by the contracting authority. Preliminary quantities of planned services during the entire duration of the contract (including the extension of the contract) and maximum service rates per piece of measure, which suppliers may not exceed when submitting a tender, are indicated in the procurement documents. The contracting authority shall not undertake to purchase the full quantity of services indicated in the procurement documents.
