1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of scanners for digitization of cultural resources".

2. The order is carried out under the project entitled "E-municipalities in the Lublin Functional Area" (project number: RPLU.02.02.00-06-0001 / 17) co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Lublin Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Digital Lubelskie , Measure 2.2 Digitization of the Lublin Functional Area as part of Integrated Territorial Investments.

3. The subject of the contract includes, among others: delivery of 3 scanners for digitization of cultural resources for the municipalities of Niedrzwica Duża, Jabłonna and Strzyżewice (one for each commune).

Description of the subject of the contract was specified in the Terms of Reference and in the model contract.

1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of scanners for digitization of cultural resources".

2. The order is carried out under the project entitled "E-municipalities in the Lublin Functional Area" (project number: RPLU.02.02.00-06-0001 / 17) co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Lublin Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Digital Lubelskie , Measure 2.2 Digitization of the Lublin Functional Area as part of Integrated Territorial Investments.

3. The subject of the contract includes, among others:

1) delivery of 3 scanners for digitizing cultural resources for the municipalities of Niedrzwica Duża, Jabłonna and Strzyżewice (one for each commune), meeting the following minimum requirements:

(a) scanning surface: at least A3 format;

b) the scanner head placed over the scanned object;

c) camera matrix: not less than 10 megapixels;

d) scanning modes: at least: 24 bit color;

e) recording functions: at least: to USB, to a local computer;

f) file formats: at least: TIF / TIFF, JPEG / JPG, PDF;

(g) type of enclosure: an enclosure that is portable;

h) automatic correction of the scanned image;

i) scanning speed: no more than 4 seconds / A3 / color;

j) scanner support software;

2) installing and configuring scanners in rooms indicated by the representatives of the Employer;

3) conducting min. one at least 3-hour training for representatives of each commune in the use of equipment;

4) delivery of two stand-alone licenses (1 license for the Strzyżewice commune, 1 license for the Jabłonna commune) graphics processing software CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2019 PL or equivalent that meets the following requirements:

a) features:

- license period: perpetual,

- product version: box or electronic,

- platform: Windows,

- Polish language version;

b) functionality:

- application for creating vector illustrations and preparing page layout,

- a professional photo editing application that allows quick and easy retouching and modification,

- a stand-alone font management application for searching and organizing fonts and displaying their previews,

- a tool that allows you to quickly and accurately convert bitmaps into editable vector graphics,

- full-screen browser providing access to digital materials and options for searching the computer or local network; allows you to quickly find the right materials for your project,

- photo editor that allows you to create works in HDR format and their easy retouching, as well as improving photos in RAW and JPEG format;

5) other activities provided for in the contract.

4. Equipment should be delivered to the headquarters of each commune, ie:

1) Commune Office of Niedrzwica Duża, ul. Lubelska 30, 24-220 Niedrzwica Duży, POLAND;

2) Commune Office of Jabłonna, Jabłonna - Majątek 22, 23-114 Jabłonna - Majątek, POLAND;

3) Strzyżewice Commune Office, Strzyżewice 109, 23-107 Strzyżewice, POLAND.

5. The Ordering Party requires that the scanners delivered which are the subject of the order be brand new, free from encumbrances by third parties, unused, have the required technical parameters specified in paragraph 3 point 1, were in undamaged, technically sound condition, complete and ready for use and met the required standards. The Purchaser excludes the delivery of exhibition equipment. The equipment must have a CE declaration - Conformité Européenne or equivalent, have the necessary instructions and materials for use attached - in Polish.

6. It is required that the Contractor provide all documents necessary for the legal use of the software (licenses), issued for each of the municipalities. The licenses provided should be a one-time purchase without the need to renew them or pay another fee to maintain their validity.
