Procurement of unit dose vending machines for item-specific, machine-assisted portioning of finished drugs in all dosage forms as well as decentralized unit dose vending machines for patient-specific packaging of medication – including general contractor service for the realization of closed loop medication management in connection with digital medication management of funding event 5 of the KHZG in the Bamberg Social Foundation.

The object of the contract is the delivery and commissioning of unit-dose vending machines for portioning finished medicinal products of any dosage forms in the hospital pharmacy in item-specific individual packaging (unit dose), on the other hand of decentralized unit-dose machines, which unit-dose compiles into patient-specific medication in the consumption points in the hospital (e.g. nursing stations) (packaging). In order to complete the "closed loop", individual consumption points are supplemented by the integration of digital medication cabinets (ADCs - Automated Drug Cabinets). It is absolutely necessary to assume a general contractor function of the vending machine manufacturer in order to integrate the Dose Automaten unit into the existing information technology infrastructure, the logistics infrastructure and the structural conditions technically and in terms of planning, as well as to ensure further, failure-free operation and to continuously develop the system.

After completion of the system implementation, services will also be provided for 10 years.
