The Social Welfare and Health Services (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber) rents nursing beds and / or mattresses for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers to hospital wards, housing units, institutions and clients' homes in the City of Helsinki as required.

Rental may apply as needed:

- treatment beds

- treatment beds + medium risk pressure sores (Braden score 13 or more)

- treatment beds + high risk pressure ulcer beds (Braden score 12 or less)

- Medium risk pressure sores (Braden score 13 or more)

- High risk pressure ulcer pad (Braden score 12 or less).

The rental period can vary from one (1) day to months, even years. Tenders may be submitted on a group-by-group basis (by sub-area, Annex Absolute Requirements) for one (1) or more services.
