10 HOAI, work phases 1-9 for the general renovation of extension building I of the Realschule Hauzenberg.

The construction project includes the general renovation of extension building I, which was built in 1972 and no longer meets the functional and

technical requirements for a modern school operation.

In the course of the general renovation, the following measures are to be implemented:

- Renovation of classrooms and group rooms

- Renovation of toilet units

- Renewal of the operating technology (HLS and electrical)

- Making accessibility

- Upgrading fire protection

- Energy-efficient renovation of the east and west façades and the top floor ceiling - Installation of a PV system on the roof

- Room exchange chemistry (basement extension) - Teaching kitchen (ground floor old building)

- Elimination of fire protection deficiencies in the old building of the Johann-Riederer-Schule

Only the following are to be converted:

- in the 1st construction phase: 1,145 m² NUF 1-6 in extension I and

- in the 2nd construction phase: 157 m² NUF 1-6 in the old building
