Supply, installation, operation, maintenance, electronic payment management and technical supervision of charging stations for electric vehicles

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide the user, installation, operation and maintenance of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The expected services are very closely linked to each other, particularly with regard to the computerized maintenance supervision and management tools, which impact several positions. The services expected under this contract are broken down into items, namely:-Item 0: Takeover of the existing charging infrastructure service for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles-Item 1: Electronic payment management and service to the user of the existing and planned network of irveo to ensure electronic payment management and services to the user, including the tools made available to users, the tool for managing user calls and their commissioning and associated services,- Item 2: Operation, supervision of the existing and planned IRVEO network to ensure the supervision and technical operation including the technical supervision tool and its commissioning and the services of technical analysis and reporting,- Item 3: Supply, installation, removal and renovation of IRVEO to provide the infrastructure for on-street electric vehicle charging as well as all the elements necessary for the performance of the service,o to carry out the work and install all the elements necessary for this service,- Item 4: Preventive and corrective maintenance of the existing and planned network of IRVEO to ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance on site of all the elements necessary for the execution of the service
