The contest is for electrician services for building, heavy current and low current. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for electrician services in accordance with the requirements set in the requirements specification. The service includes electrician services such as renovation, modernisation, improvements and new installations, including materials used, for the contracting authority’s properties. The contract extent is at all times dependent on the contracting authority´s grants and need. Work solved by our resources is not part of the framework agreement.

The assignments include, amongst other things, (the list is not exhaustive):

- General electrical installations - Alterations and expansions of electrical distributors - Minor modernisations of automation for building installations - Revisions and preparation of drawings and forms for documentation - Labelling components in accordance with documentation - General troubleshooting - Internal control

This framework agreement does not include electrician services for electric vehicle chargers, energy assembly, and burglary and fire alarms.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is favourable.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from when it is signed, with an option for an extension for one year at a time, maximum twice.

The contracting authority will enter into contract with 2 tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit a tender.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
