Rehabilitation of mixed water pipe and replacement drinking water pipe Dieskaustraße Leipzig, BA 3 - Execution planning and preparation of the award as well as optional construction overhead line and local construction supervision for object planning Civil engineering structures
In Leipzig in the area of Dieskaustraße, between Gerhard-Ellrodt-Straße in the south and Antonienstraße in the north, the Leipziger Wasserwerke (LWW) are planning the rehabilitation of wastewater disposal facilities and the rehabilitation of drinking water supply facilities as part of a coordinated infrastructure measure with the city of Leipzig, represented by the Traffic and Civil Engineering Office (VTA), the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) and other utilities with existing infrastructure. The length of the entire road section is about 2,600 m. The structural implementation under the leadership of the VTA is planned in 4 main construction phases from 03/2023 to probably 12/2026. It can be assumed that the aforementioned 4 construction phases (BA) will also be further subdivided for technological and traffic law reasons. The planner must take this fact into account and prepare the plans in such a way that the documents can be used for further planning in sections.
The results of the overall planning (BA 1-4) are made available to the Contractor on request.
The current subject of the request for planning and monitoring services is BA 3 between Kulkwitzer Str. and Antonienstraße, including the interface to BA 2. The design plans for the overall measure are available. These have not yet been finally confirmed for the wastewater division in BA 3. Based on current hydraulic findings, the results of Lph. 3/4 for BA 3 must be revised within the framework of Lph. 5.
The expected scope of services (need for action of the LWW as other measures and need for action as a result of the measures of third parties - follow-up measures) for ba 3 with interface to BA 2 results from the final status of the draft planning (04/2022) as well as the ongoing coordination of the coordination partners as follows:
Renovation of mixed-water drainage systems:
- Renewal of mixed water channel DN 300-600 approx. 1,000 m
- Renewal/renovation/repair/decommissioning of associated shafts and connection cables
- Interim disposal measures
- Water preservation measures
- Coordinated construction project with VTA, LVB, Netz Leipzig and various cable network operators
- estimated eligible costs approx. € 2,000 thousand.
Rehabilitation of systems for drinking water supply:
- Renewal of drinking water pipes DN 100-200 approx. 1,500 m
- Installation of various thermowells up to DN 300
- Renewing/reconnecting associated connection cables
- Interim care measures
- estimated eligible costs approx. € 1,225 thousand.
At the present time, the Lph. 5, 6 and 8 (HOAI), the öBÜ as well as special services of the object planning engineering structures for the BA 3 including interface to the BA 2 are advertised. The assignment takes place in phases. With the award of the contract, Lph. 5 and 6 are commissioned. A legal claim to the transfer of all Lph. or special services is expressly excluded. Also expressly excluded is a legal claim to further commissioning after provision of the aforementioned Lph.
