Interministerial Framework Agreement on Audits of European Funds in the Context of the 2021-2027 Programming: the purpose of this agreement is to provide beneficiaries of various ministries managing European funds (Annex 3 of the CCP: List of ministries concerned) with contractual support enabling them to access audit services of European funds - management and control system audit and operation audits - falling within their field of competence

The objective of the System Audit is to assess the effectiveness of the management and control systems according to the key requirements set out in Annex XI to Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and to determine the level of confidence in the functioning of the system which constitutes one of the parameters of the sample of operations to be audited

The purpose of this lot is to have the service provider carry out audits of operations under the 2021-2027 programming under the national programmes and, very exceptionally, the regional programmes
