This public contract with the reference 2021-08-725 concerns the procurement of a range of connectivity services for Belnet and user entities.This contract is awarded in accordance with the rules of the restricted procedure, i.e. a procurement procedure in which any interested economic operator may ask to participate in response to a notice of contract and in which only candidates selected by the adjudicator may submit a tender.

It is divided into two lots:

- Lot 1: Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) for the provision of leased lines (Ethernet, dark fibers and commercial internet) for 5 years

- Lot 2: One-party framework agreement for the provision of Level 3 connectivity for 5 years.

The implementation of a DAS (lot 1) will help the AP and the user entities create an environment that encourages fair competition. Indeed, this type of system allows qualified suppliers to integrate the procedure throughout its lifespan.

The establishment of a framework agreement (lot 2) will allow Belnet and the PABs to have a clear price list for any type of level 3 connectivity, anywhere in Belgium.

This contract notice concerns ONLY LOT 1 of this public contract: Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) for the provision of leased lines (Ethernet, dark fibre and commercial internet) for 5 years.
