SamAqua provides audit services on behalf of its owners.

The benefits are in accordance with various audit instructions and executive orders issued by the Supply Secretariat, the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency applicable to utilities, and other laws and regulations applicable to financial reporting, auditing, investment instructions and declarations of accounting information to prove the use of tariffs, including information of financial framework.

The benefit is offered in the form of a single framework agreement with subsequent company-specific approval for participation.
