This framework agreement consists of the carrying out of removals and any storage arrangements, whether or not accompanied by a deposit in a waste disposal centre.

This is a multi-awarding framework agreement whose purpose is to carry out missions of removal, furniture storage and removal of bulky items for the needs of the SPLA-IN AMP. A maximum of two successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of tenders, to meet the needs of the SPLA-IN AMP. The framework agreement is executed by issuing purchase orders, which will be awarded to the two multi-assignees when the need arises according to the so-called "turn of role" method, according to the modalities described in the CCAC. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount in value of benefits of 450,000.00 euro (s) HT.
