The purpose of the consultation is to choose a project manager for the renovation and rehabilitation of the university campus.

Basic missions:

- preliminary draft (APS),

- Final draft (APD) and establishment of administrative authorizations (building permit where applicable (PC)),

- Project studies (Pro),

- Assistance for the awarding of works contracts (ACT),

- Directorate for the execution of the works contract (DET),

- Assistance during reception operations (AOR) and Guarantee of perfect completion (GPA).

Additional missions:

- Execution study (EXE),

- Synthesis study (SYNTH),

- Coordination Fire Safety System (SSI),

- Scheduling, control and coordination of site (OPC).
