1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended), hereinafter referred to as PE, by the Employer and Co-Employers to their buildings and their infrastructure, in accordance with their legal titles. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.
