The subject of the contract is the implementation and implementation of software together with the hardware layer of the platform entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SMEs" - a virtual production plant with functional, technical and functional parameters specified in this SWZ, implemented as part of Task 6 Implementation and implementation of the new service "SMEs – Go digital".
The subject of the Order is:
1. Implementation and implementation of software together with the hardware layer of the platform entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SME" - a virtual production plant with functional, technical and functional parameters specified in this SWZ, implemented as part of Task 6 Implementation and implementation of the new service "SMEs – Go digital". As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Order, the Ordering Party requires that:
a) The Contractor provides software entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SME" in computer and VR versions together with a PC stand and VR goggles (hardware layer described below). The platform must reflect the real working conditions of the production plant. The software will be implemented on the supplied PC workstation. The Ordering Party requires a software license, which will be unlimited in terms of the number of installations (Multi Open type) and unlimited in time (fixed, parament type). The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the following functional, technical and functional requirements described in the Table of Minimum Technical Parameters.
b) The subject of the contract must be brand new.
c) The Contractor shall assemble, install and test the complete subject of the contract before approving the acceptance.
d) The Contractor shall implement the software entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SMEs" on the provided technical infrastructure described in point 2.
e) The Contractor shall provide an instruction manual for the software entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SME" in Polish.
f) The Contractor, at his expense, conducts training covering the supplied equipment and software in the scope of its use and individual functions, ending with the issuance of a certificate of the manufacturer of this software, on the spot at the Ordering Party, for min. 5 people, by min. 60 h.
g) The Contractor will provide access to the software entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SMEs" and its unlimited use (the Contractor undertakes, as part of the contract, to incur license fees resulting from the terms of use of a specific engine on which the software entitled "Virtual Factory – Digital SME" was built for a period of not less than 5 years, if it is necessary to pay such a fee). In the event that there is no need to pay license fees, the Contractor shall provide on the day of signing the handover and acceptance protocol a statement on the absence of the need to pay license fees.
2. Delivery of the hardware layer of the platform in the form of technical infrastructure:
a. At least one computer: (workstation, laptop) with the following minimum parameters specified in the OPZ – Part III
b. 5 sets of VR goggles with VR controllers (keypads) with the following minimum parameters of each set specified in the OPZ – Part III
c. Industrial television screen with minimum technical characteristics specified in the OPZ — Part III
