1. The subject of the contract is the organization of the national stage and the service of substantive assessment of applications and expansion strategies in the PMT project.
2. The contract has been divided into 3 (three) lots:
1) Part I of the order – Organization of the national stage – creation of an expansion strategy into the US market.
2) Part II of the order - Substantive assessment of the conclusions and developed strategies of expansion into the US market.
3) Part III of the order – Logistics service of organized workshops as part of the domestic stage for the US market.
The Contractor is obliged to complete the Subject of the Order in accordance with this SWZ, including in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, provide an appropriate number of people for timely and proper performance of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, for all parts of the contract.
Organization of the domestic stage – creating a strategy for expansion into the US market.Providing the service of creating an expansion strategy into the US market for one Grantee as part of a package of 40 hours of expert work on the strategy, taking into account the close individual cooperation of the Grantee with specialized experts. The list of Grantees will be sent to the Contractor immediately after signing the contract between the Ordering Party and the Contractor or immediately after the Ordering Party signs the grant entrustment agreements with the Grant Recipients. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of any changes to the Grantees who will take part in the performance of the contract immediately, after obtaining such information from the Grantee himself.
Substantive assessment of the conclusions and developed strategies of expansion into the US market.The provision of expert services consisting in:
a) making a substantive assessment of Applications for entrusting grants submitted by entrepreneurs – potential Grantees – in the call conducted by the Ordering Party
b) making a substantive assessment of the developed strategies of expansion of Grantees to a given foreign market after the workshops devoted to a given market
and the use of a package of 40 hours of expert(s) work on the strategy, taking into account the close individual cooperation of the Grantee with specialized experts.
Logistic support for organized workshops as part of the domestic stage for the US market.Providing logistics services for a 3-day workshop for entrepreneurs at the national stage devoted to creating an initial strategy for expansion into the US market, i.e.: providing hotel and catering services and renting conference rooms with equipment.
