The aim of the procurement is to procure the most economically advantageous service providers for the client's use, who are best placed to carry out the design of the site in cooperation with the client, the user, other designers and contractors to be selected later.

The City of Järvenpää (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") is renovating a daycare centre on Vihtakatu in Järvenpää. Mestaritoiminta Oy acts as the client's representative in the project and is responsible for the implementation of the project's procurement and construction tasks authorized by the City of Järvenpää in cooperation with the consulting firm Kospro Oy. Kospro Oy strengthens the project's procurement operations with its expertise in construction and procurement expertise.

The scope of the project is 2,359 brm2 / 2,152 hum2.

In the project, the old school building will be renovated to the extent specified in the tender documents. The renovation work of the site will be carried out by a contractor who will be selected later. The building's stormwater system will be renewed as a separate contract before the actual renovation project starts during the summer/autumn of 2023.

The new daycare centre building will be designed for approximately 168 children and the staff required by them.

The aim is that the designers of the site have been selected in May 2023.
