The consortium will be composed of the following skills: Architecture (architect or architectural firm), VRD (hydraulic calculation/note to guarantee the integration of the constraints of the Plum and the developer's Water Law file), structure, thermal-fluids (Re2020 regulatory calculation), environmental, construction economics, acoustics and landscape (this last skill may be carried out by the architect)
The representative of the consortium (architect) must belong exclusively to a single team. The other members will be able to run in more than one team.
Prohibition on submitting several tenders while acting both as individual candidates and members of several groups
