UCLL University of Applied Sciences offers 16 graduate degrees, 18 professional bachelor's degree programmes and 13 bachelor's after-bachelor programs at 8 campuses in Limburg and Flemish Brabant. With around 15,500 students and 1,750 employees, UCLL is one of the largest higher education institutions in Flanders. UCLL is active in the areas of interest teacher training, management, technology, health and well-being and combines its teaching assignment with practice-oriented research and services. The university of applied sciences makes maximum commitment to personal guidance of its students. Her broad education network guarantees a place for everyone's talent and her diplomas are strongly on the labor market.

This is an open procedure with the subject “Appointment Advertising Partner UCLL for offline and online support”. UCLL wants support for external communication, especially for campaigns using third party media. The support mainly focuses on recruitment campaigns to study voters (18-year-olds, adults, side entrants,...).

UCLL is looking for an advertising partner who:

• strategically thinks about the right marketing and communication actions

• responsible for the graphic-conceptual elaboration of the campaigns

• fits in well with UCLL's Moving Minds ideas

• has experience with campaigns to the target groups of UCLL

• has the necessary expertise at home (with extra attention for digital communication)

• and is willing to enter into some form of exclusivity agreements within colleges-

landscape in Flanders

What do we expect during the collaboration?

1. Campaign follow-up: advice on campaign management for the info days/open lessons of the

college. Drafting the media plan, booking the media and meticulous follow-up

(including campaign reports and with clear KPIs that are fixed in advance).

2. Recalibration of the current campaign concept or development of a new concept.

3. Elaboration of concrete copy and visuals. Guidance on the realization of products, e.g.

any radio spot, movie,...

4. Other support for ad hoc actions, e.g. due to events or internal campaigns.

5. Concept development, media planning and follow-up (including reports) for specific

target group-focused campaigns. Example: international campaigns; new

education offer in a particular department/program; extra attention for professionals

with our offer “Lifelong Learning”.

6. A creative approach tailored to our target groups — the majority of which are young people

are.

7. A proactive attitude with new proposals and ideas from the agency on a regular basis. A

“partner” who thinks along critically.
