A 10-year contract (with break clauses) to deliver grounds maintenance and gardening services to all areas of Advance Housing's operation under 8 geographically defined Lots. The contract will run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by one-year periods up to five times, i.e. up to a maximum contract term of 10 years per Lot.
