The object of this contract is the supply of fuel cards for the various legal entities.

The contract comes into force on 1.1.2021 and will run for three years.

However, the contract will be terminable without compensation on each anniversary date subject to a three-month notice period notified by registered mail.

In order to cover a transition period with a new supplier, the contract may be the subject of amendments extending it by a maximum of three periods of one month.

Magnetic cards are distributed as follows:

- AIGS: around 33 cards;

- Listening to Young People: approximately two cards;

- Ecodipar: around five cards;

- Elk: approximately fourteen cards;

- The Plope: around six cards;

- Le Tilleul: about three cards;

- Meta-Services: around two cards;

- Work'inn: around seven cards;

- The Fairies of the service about three cards.

Total estimated consumption for three years is 270,000 l of diesel and 27,000 l of gasoline.
