The subject of the tender is the award of freelance services / planning services in accordance with § 55 HOAI Technical building equipment for LPH 1 - to LPH 9 for plant groups 1-3 for the replacement building BA_I the Michael-Ende-Schule

Against the background of current and future changes in the school system and taking into account an upcoming need for renovation, the municipality of Raubling intends to replace the oldest part of the Michael-Ende School in Raubling, which dates back to 1956, with an extended new building.

The part of the building to be demolished is the single-storey component 5 south of the schoolyard with a partial basement. The inventory and preliminary investigation has shown that there is a lack of approx. 390m2 of space in the classrooms and specialist rooms in the Raubling school building compared to that required by Bayer's funding guidelines. State government stated basic rate for school needs. In addition, there is a further need for space for the expansion of the all-day offer with lunch supply (OGTS, canteen) and reserves for a possible restructuring of the class distribution to the various locations of the Raubling primary school. Initial considerations envisaged an increase in component 5 in order to realize the required teaching areas. However, moisture damage in the basement and a limited possibility of expansion and adaptation of use led to the decision in the municipal council in advance for the replacement building. The planning services of the object planning building are currently in the preliminary design planning, and the associated specialist planning services are now required.

The subject of the present award is the planning services of the technical building equipment according to § 55 HOAI for LPH 1-9 of the plant groups 1-3.
