The College wishes to appoint one provider for this Service to work alongside the College’s in-house Estates team. The College requires that all applicants for this contract are accredited to NICEIC or NAPIT (or equivalent, professionally recognised accreditation company).

The College has reviewed its arrangements for Electrical and Data Installation and Maintenance Services and to ensure compliance to EU Procurement Regulations is now re-tendering for the provision of these Services. The College requires that all applicants for this contract are accredited to NICEIC or NAPIT (or equivalent, professionally recognised accreditation company). The proposed contract is for a fixed period of 2 years options to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments subject to satisfactory performance and a benchmark of applicable rates/performance.
