Brief description
The entire construction project includes the construction of a new administration building, consisting of a two-storey head building with a basement and a single-storey bar, as well as a company hall with workshops and laboratories on the Claus-Sinjen-Straße 31 property in 24119 Kronshagen.
Administration building:
The administration building is a classic solid construction with load-bearing rear brickwork (partially reinforced concrete) of the outer walls and load-bearing reinforced concrete columns inside. The reinforced concrete slabs are supported by the walls and columns without any further underlay or covering.
For the two-storey part, the administration building is given a red/red facing facade, while the single-storey bar is clad with a metal curtain facade that looks the same as the company hall.
A roof terrace will be built on the roof of the single-storey part as a second structural escape route. The remaining area and the roof of the two-storey part will be designed as a green roof with intensive greening.

Operation hall:
The company hall consists of a load-bearing steel skeleton structure with a façade made of isopaneels. Inside the hall, the partition walls will be bricked and an area for sanitary rooms, training rooms, etc.
Steel trapezoidal sheets in accordance with statics are used as the roof ceiling. The raised roof part above the storage area is produced as a flat roof with bitumen waterproofing. A PV system will be installed on this roof part. The lower roof area is designed as a flat roof with extensive greening.

For a vehicle shelter as a butterfly roof, roof drainage and for storage space roofing, roof sealing and green roofs are part of this service description as intensive greening.

- plasterboard acoustic linear ceilings, incl. Edge friezes in the corridors of the administration building
