Part I – 2024
1. Purchase of electricity for street lighting in the Town of Orzesze and purchase of electricity for devices not related to street lighting, i.e. for the buildings of the Municipal Office, educational institutions, nursery, MOK, MOPS, ZGKiM, Libraries
2. Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended). Pursuant to Article 9(3) and (4) of the Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. 2) C12a - 790,000 kWh, including peak/day - 189,600 kWh, off-peak/night - 600,400 kWh
3) C12b - 1,169,436 kWh, including day - 360,018 kWh, night - 809,418 kWh
4) G11 - 20 745 kWh
Total - 2,900,038 kWh
The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the scope of the order to a minimum quantity of 80% for each lot.
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use – a list of collection points (2a refers to 2024; 2b refers to 2025).
5. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded by the Ordering Party with Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.
6. After the procedure, the Seller (energy supplier) will conclude contracts (21 units) for the supply of electricity to the City of Orzesze and organizational units on the terms and conditions offered in this tender. In the event of a change in the organizational form of the entities covered by the proceedings, these changes will be introduced to the agreement by concluding an annex

1.4. Evidence in question: The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of such evidence in the present proceedings.
1.5. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out a site visit or to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act.
